The LBL Lakes Region Coalition represents the Kentucky and Tennessee communities which surround the USDA Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area, a 170,000 acre facility.
Land Between the Lakes features four attractions, including Woodlands Nature Station, a 700 acre Elk and Bison Prairie, Golden Pond Planetarium and the 1850 Homeplace, a working farm, along a 40 mile National Scenic Byway. All are tour bus friendly, with generous parking, restroom facilities and self-guided tours.
Our region features four state parks, is easily accessible by I-24 and I-40 and is home to charming communities full of delicious food. Itineraries are available on this page. Our best-selling and most popular are a Weird and Wacky Mystery Tour and the Taste of the South Food Tour, but you are welcome to choose elements from any package and customize to best address your customers. Step on guides are available and free.
Familiarization tours can be arranged for serious inquiries.
